About North Texas Bi Outdoors

Who we are

North Texas Bi Outdoors is a friendly, Plano-based community for bisexual, pansexual, fluid, queer and questioning people — and our friends — who love getting outside. Think of us as a bisexual hiking group in Dallas that also bikes, paddles, camps, climbs, runs and hangs out. We're similar in spirit to gayoutdoors.org, with a bi+ focus and a North Texas home base.

Our members organize LGBTQ outdoor activities across DFW: trail hikes at Arbor Hills and Cedar Hill, bi+ kayaking on White Rock Lake, road and mountain biking in North Texas, weekend camping trips, pickleball, yoga and social gatherings from Plano and Dallas to Fort Worth.

How it works

Anyone can host an activity — pick a category, a trip rating, a place and a time — and others can join. Filter the activity board by distance from your ZIP and by the activities you love.
